Automotive Services

Overview

Crea Design provides automotive fabrication, installation, machining, modification, and performance services. By purchasing or using any services or products from Crea Design, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Off-Road / Competition Use Notice

Certain parts and services provided by Crea Design may be intended for off-road, racing, exhibition, or competition use only. These products and services may not comply with federal, state, or local laws governing emissions, safety, noise, or highway use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws prior to operating any modified vehicle on public roads.

California Emissions (CARB) Notice

Unless explicitly stated in writing, Crea Design does not represent any product, modification, or service as CARB-compliant or legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public highways in California.

Emissions-related modifications may result in a vehicle no longer complying with state or federal emissions regulations.

Assumption of Risk

Automotive modification, fabrication, tuning, and motorsports activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to mechanical failure, property damage, injury, or death.

By using Crea Design services, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with vehicle modification and operation.

No Warranty

All services, labor, fabrication, and products are provided “AS IS” unless otherwise stated in writing.

Crea Design makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance outcomes.

No guarantee is made regarding reliability, durability, or compatibility with any vehicle or application.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle inspection after service
  • Safe operation of the vehicle
  • Maintenance and upkeep
  • Determining suitability of modifications for their intended use
  • Compliance with all applicable laws

Crea Design is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, racing, improper installation by third parties, lack of maintenance, or operation outside intended conditions.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Crea Design is not responsible for defects, failures, or fitment issues related to customer-supplied parts. Labor performed remains billable regardless of part performance or compatibility.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable once material procurement, programming, fabrication, or labor has begun. Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Crea Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of services, placement of an order, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Prototype Manufacturing & Design Services

Overview

Crea Design provides CNC machining, fabrication, prototyping, and manufacturing services for industrial, laboratory, robotics, and general engineering applications.

All services are provided subject to the following terms.

Prototype & Experimental Nature

Customer acknowledges that parts manufactured by Crea Design may be prototypes, first articles, or custom components that are experimental in nature and may not be certified, tested, or validated for any specific application.

Customer is responsible for final verification, testing, and validation of all parts.

No Fitness Guarantee

Crea Design makes no guarantee that any part is suitable for a specific purpose, application, or system integration.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • robotics systems
  • automation equipment
  • laboratory instruments
  • industrial machinery
  • consumer or commercial assemblies

Customer assumes full responsibility for determining suitability and performance.

System Integration Responsibility

Crea Design is not responsible for failures, damages, or malfunctions resulting from integration of parts into larger systems or assemblies.

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compatibility and safe implementation.

Material & Manufacturing Tolerances

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all parts are manufactured to standard machining practices and tolerances appropriate to the process used.

Minor deviations may occur and are considered acceptable unless explicitly agreed upon prior to production.

No Warranty

All services and products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance.

Intellectual Property & Design Responsibility

Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any drawings, CAD files, or designs submitted for manufacturing.

Crea Design is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs.

Revisions & Prototyping

Prototype work may require iterative revisions. Additional revisions, rework, or redesigns may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

All labor, machining time, tooling, materials, and outsourcing costs are billable. Payment is due per agreed terms. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

Limitation of Liability

Crea Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from part failure, system integration, or use of manufactured components.

Acceptance of Terms

Placement of an order, approval of a quote, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
